It was a bad start for me today and my car seems to be sustaining injuries lately. I woke up a little later than usual and on my way to work, a small stone hit my car's windscreen and chipped it. The worse part is, it hit right in the middle and it's blocking my view now. I need to get it "patched" or "fixed" quickly as it's really bothering me. Besides that, my colleague pissed me off but thankfully, I'm feeling much better now. Anyway, it's lunch time - bon apetit :)

Next trip
I'm already thinking about the next trip and Thailand seems to be a good place. Nevertheless, my passport needs to be renewed and I'll have to burn RM300 for it. If only they have a 16 page passport for RM150, I'd definitely opt for that instead, lol.

Penang trip
We experienced slight traffic as we entered the Penang bridge. Some Penang drivers demonstrated their super mad moronic driving skills. I guess these poor drivers are left stranded in the island for too long with jams and they don't give way to others sometimes despite the other car turning on their indicator lights. The roads are mostly single lane and I hardly had the chance to speed. My car's odomoter never reached 80 km/h until the 3rd day as I was driving towards the bridge.
We stayed in Parkroyal Batu Ferringhi, Penang and I truly recommend this place. The service, beaches, rooms and resort is excellent (first time you heard me saying "good" for something eh? :p) However, the price of a deluxe room isn't cheap so be prepared :)
On our first night, we had seafood dinner at a restuarant near Gurney drive. The food was ok but it wasn't relatively cheap as we ended up paying KL price. The second night was also a seafood dinner in another restuarant and it would've been cheaper if we didn't order the fish that costs us RM108 :p
We had some fun with jet ski in the evening and it was real cool. 30 mins costs us RM75 and it isn't cheap but I'd definitely go for it again when I have the chance. We visited a few other places, had Assam Laksa (surely) and headed back home to KL on Monday. It was raining heavily along the highways and I had been pressing my car horn tremendously in order to alert the prawn brained road hoggers to stay out of my way as I travel home :)

Vacation finally
Time passes so quickly and it's now end of November. It'll be an exciting weekend ahead as I'll be on vacation. I'm going out of KL city to enjoy and have fun but instead, I could've joined Eric and wife to Cambodia but my passport expired. Bad timing huh? Well, it happens :)
Anyway, have a happy weekend folks. Please enjoy your day and life, whenever and wherever, haha.

KL's slowler coaster
The train started moving and I begin to feel the bumpiness and jerks of it. If you were to ask me how confident I am on my safety, I'd probably tell you it's on the minimum level. After all, this is a Malaysian monorail and remember the incident where the monorail wheel fell off then hitting someone's head? How about the STAR LRT train that stops at the "right" time, just before it falls to the ground? :) As the train moved on and stopped, more and more passengers entered until it was probably 70% filled up. By that time, I was asking myself if this thing is stable enough. Yes, I know the monorail has never fell down before but again, this is Malaysia. You wouldn't know when it would fall and it can be anytime. Plus, the authorities only work on the problem after an accident or incident happens as that's the Malaysian style.
To be honest, I didn't enjoy the ride but I have no choice as I wanted to beat the traffic. The monorail experience is pathetic as it's some kind of slow moving roller coaster which isn't comfortable at all and unstable. Besides, the fares are pretty costly for the short travelling distance.
Nevertheless, we should thank our government for the wonderful work they have done to ensure the train systems are in place. Of course, we have different train systems running around the city with NOT even a SINGLE interchange station between all 3 of them. I guess this is the best Malaysia could do despite failing most of the things since 1957.
I do not know how long it'll take for these people to understand and learn how to develop the country's economy and stop talking about wealth and equity distribution which they deem is not fair. The Non-bumi's might be richer than them because they worked hard for everything and if they all leave the country one day, it's the day where Malaysia would start to drown and sink. In the hands of these bunch of people that only knows how to talk about wealth distribution, nothing would ever work out.

Bad luck
Today, my car's right side mirror was crushed and the side dented. It looks like I'm having dents on both sides of the car now. It'll definitely take a whole day to fix and repaint and I won't be going to work tomorrow. This is really killing me :(

Snails
It's another 2.5 hours before I could go back home and enjoy the weekends ahead. I hope it wouldn't rain heavily or else it'll be a massive Friday evening jam.

"Pain in the ass" people
It is for all these reasons, staffs are often demotivated and unable to perform. An unhappy staff will result in lesser productivity and a huge group of them would not be good for the company. If the bosses have lost their brain, I just hope they could get one back :) It's easy to be a boss but to be a boss that is well respected and able to make right, sane and useful decision is truly a great challenge.

Genting trip
Eric happen to snap a couple of photos for us but will have to wait for him to download them. The 2 photos below was taken with my W800i whereby one of them is the view from the hotel and the other is Eric (professional camera man) in action *lol* My advice to the public is, it's better to stay in some other hotel rather than Theme Park Hotel.

Lotteries anyone?
There are many scams and conmen these days claiming they can help you strike lotteries. Please be careful and never ever trust them. This is a community message brought to you by me.

Relaxing November week ahead
Time passes so quickly and year 2007 is just around the corner with December coming in another 3 weeks. I just feel that I've been wasting plenty of time and I'll be 27 in less than 3 months. It sounds scary isn't it? Well, that's reality and everyone ages. 3 years down the road, I'll be 30. My gosh, I'll have a number "3" as the first number of my age and I'm no where near the success that I want. It's just saddening and disappointing for the time being but I really hope something would work out soon.
Btw, what do you think of this clock? Cool ain't it? :) Well, I stole it from someone's page, haha.

Thursday Birthday
Someone told me I should try doing sales rather than IT. I don't have a problem changing lines but I have a problem if I'm not getting the salary I've been earning so far, haha. Come on, who wants to leave a current job for lesser money unless there's a super good reason for it. Life is tough and I'm just going through this stupid IT routine job daily without seeing how I could own a BMW real soon. Something needs to change and it has to come fast.
Today is Cheryl's birthday so I would like to take this opportunity to wish her Happy Birthday and may she have all the best in her future undertakings. Happy Birthday Miss Cheryl Ooi Tze Wei :)

Small brain people
This is very bad especially in an MNC company. I can't believe this is happening and I'm sick and tired of answering the same stupid question again and again. I don't get what's so hard to understand and I can't be going through computer basics, do I?
On the other hand, its sickening when people come and surround me at my desk watching what I'm doing. I just don't like it and I'll stop doing my stuffs, just read something and act dumb. These are just uneducated people that likes to stand behind other people's notebook and watch what people are doing - no manners.

I'm so tired
I got home at about 7pm and I was really tired. I needed a nap badly so I lied down on my bed and started sleeping. I skipped dinner cos my mouthful of ulcers makes me feel reluctant to eat. I only got up later at the night to take the antibiotics, apply oral paste onto the ulcers and head back to sleep.
This morning when I got up, I still feel tired and sleepy. I just wonder what's gone wrong.

Get well soon, Alvin
I don't know how long it'll take for the ulcer to go off but I've been applying oral paste everyday. Such experiences makes life even more dull than ever. Nevertheless, I thank all my friends that showed their care during this period of time.
